• While we do our best to ship pre-ordered items on schedule occasionally there are slight delays in receiving supplies and it could take up to 15 business days before they are able to be shipped.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders that require customization/personalization take 5-7 business days and shipping begins.

• We offer Economy shipping. With Economy shipping, your order will arrive within 5–8 business days. Shipping rates may vary depending on the method chosen.
