Return and refund policy
At Home of Apparel USA LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns:
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. An order number must be provided in order to process the return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Also, the returns require photos or videos as a proof of damage and receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hoausallc@gmail.com Please be sure to include the order number in the email.

- It is the customer responsibility to buy a return label for the return.

- No restocking fee
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you can contact us at 718-825-5240 and send us the pictures at hoausallc@gmail.com. Our dispute team will review your item within 1-3 working days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned criterias.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
Exchange items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team hoausallc@gmail.com. with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
If your return is accepted, It is the customer responsibility to buy a return label for the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
